Privacy isn't a setting. It's the structure.
Built so your content never enters the system — not a setting, not a feature, not something that could be switched on.
What we collect
Signal, not content.
What we see
- Which app is active
- How long it's active
- The order of app switches
What we never see
- Screen content
- File contents
- Typed text or keystrokes
- Email bodies or messages
How it's built
Six facts about how it's built.
01
No way to read what's on screen
We detect which app you're in and for how long. We never read screen content, file contents, or typed text.
02
Titles scrambled instantly
Window titles and filenames are SHA-256 hashed immediately. The original is never stored or transmitted.
03
Sensitive apps excluded
Banking apps and password managers are excluded automatically. This cannot be disabled.
04
Analysis stays on your device
Raw signals stay on your Mac. Only derived scores sync to Australian-hosted infrastructure.
05
90-day retention
Raw records purge after 90 days. Pattern scores are user-deletable anytime via the Privacy Hub — your control panel for what Vantic IQ can see.
06
Logged for review
Every signal generates an audit record. Exclusions, hashing, and discards are all logged.
