VanticLab is the company. Vantic IQ is the application: it produces a continuous operational diagnosis from workflow signals — how work moves between tools and staff — without reading file contents, email bodies, or recording your screen.

Built for operations leaders in professional services, people operations, and regulated environments — where how work flows is as sensitive as what gets done. Fit depends more on how work flows than on industry label alone.

Does my team need to change how they work?

No. Vantic IQ maps how work already runs from workflow signals. You see what's broken and what to fix first; process change is your choice, not a product requirement.

Is Vantic IQ macOS only right now?

Yes. The current release targets macOS. If you need Windows or another platform, use contact to register interest — it helps us sequence the roadmap.

What is the Diagnostic and is it a free trial?

The Diagnostic is a paid 14-day assessment: one complete operational picture with a Friction Score, dimension breakdown, and prioritised findings. It is not a time-limited free trial of the full product.

What does the Friction Score measure?

Accepted Answer

A single Friction Score (0–100) built from workflow signals, across four dimensions: how often and how broadly tools are switched, how much the sequence of work varies, rapid context switches that interrupt focus, and sessions that run materially longer than baseline. It is derived from workflow signals — not from document or message content.

How long before we see first insights?

Many teams see early signs within days once the Diagnostic is running. The full Diagnostic picture is designed to cover the 14-day window; volume and seasonality affect how quickly patterns stabilise.

What does Vantic IQ not do?

Accepted Answer

It does not record the screen, capture keystrokes, read files or email bodies, or pull content from inside applications. Sensitive application categories are excluded automatically — see the Security page for the operating list. You can exclude additional apps in the Privacy Hub — your control panel for what Vantic IQ can see.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Where does Vantic IQ data live?

Accepted Answer

Operational data for Vantic IQ is stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). Pattern detection runs on the device; raw workflow signals are not transmitted off the machine for that processing path. See the privacy policy for retention and overseas processing related to optional services.

How are window titles handled?

Window titles are hashed at capture; the original string is discarded and is not stored or transmitted in retrievable form.

Which applications are automatically excluded?

Accepted Answer

Australian banking applications and password managers are excluded by default and cannot be enabled for workflow-signal capture.

What integrations or API keys are required?

None for core diagnosis. Vantic IQ uses OS-level signals you approve at install. Optional integrations or API access may be offered on higher tiers as they ship.
